Most are official reports: mission debriefs, intelligence memos, correspondence and administrative records that mention an unidentified anomalous phenomenon, released with redactions where national security or personal privacy required them. A number were scanned from originals that are partially illegible; where OCR could not recover enough text to summarize responsibly, this archive says so plainly instead of guessing. Each document page links to the official file identifier, the reported incident date and location, and — where the source PDF allows it — a page-by-page transcript you can search and jump through. None of these files are hosted by or affiliated with the Department of War; they are mirrored here in the form released, to make full-text search and citation practical.
