Videos provided by [witness] Details: In October 2024, [witness] provided multiple video clips showing objects appearing to be unknown UxS or UAP near [witness]'s residence. [Witness] had previously been referred to the FBI by an FBI liaison contact [regarding earlier] clips of the video which showed the activity. [Witness] captured additional activity on video on the evening of October [date]. [Witness] had privately documented observations of anomalous lights appearing to be orbs dating back to [their] first observation in the early morning hours of November [date] 2021. [Witness] has observed these objects in the vicinity of, and sometimes as close as 200 yards from, [their] residence. These objects have been observed hovering in a static position, and moving. They are sometimes observed above the horizon, as well as close to the ground, within the trees, and in or near the water. [Witness] has privately consulted with multiple people regarding [their] observations, and has set up trail cameras and other sensors to collect data from [their] property. [Witness] reported [that they want assistance/guidance], and would like to understand what [they are] observing. [Witness] has lived at [their] residence since 2006 and had not seen any anomalous lights or activity behind [their] property prior to [their] first observation in November 2021. [Witness] had not made attempts to discuss [this] [PAGE 2 continued / PAGE 3] Title: Contact with [witness, redacted] Re: 10/2024 what [witness] was seeing with [their] neighbors due to not wanting to alarm them or give them the wrong impression. However, [witness] had one conversation with a neighbor to the south who stated that they had also seen strange lights in the tree line behind their house. [Neighbor] also stated that they rarely witnessed any human activity in the nature area, and no activity that would explain what [witness] is seeing. [Witness] stated they want to protect their family's privacy, as well as being courteous [to neighbors, in order] to establish local contact, and any potential ongoing contact with [witness].
