Also present for the interview was [redacted]. After being advised of the identity of the interviewing agents and the nature of the interview, [witness] provided the following information: [Witness] received a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance from [university, redacted]. [Witness] previously worked as [redacted], then became [a position, redacted], and currently is [a position, redacted]. [Witness] was at [their] residence at [location, redacted]. [Witness] returned home that night at approximately 9:15 PM EST. As [witness] was pulling into their driveway, which slopes downhill to[ward the house, witness's companion was] standing next to [the] vehicle looking into the backyard. [Witness] then went outside to join [companion] and see what [they were] looking at. [Witness] described the light as a red sphere that was about one meter in diameter. [Witness] described the red color as being brilliant and beautiful, and that [they] had never seen anything that color of red before. [Witness] stated that inside the red sphere, at the center, there appeared to be what [witness] described as a "white plasma sun" about the size of a basketball. As [witness] and [companion] watched, the orb UAP moved up and to their left. They then noticed there was a second, identical orb, hovering above [and near] the first one. [Witness] stated that from the start of the observation to when the orbs traveled out of sight, they exhibited both a change in altitude and a change in direction. The orbs were silent and moved in a smooth motion. They moved in tandem as if they were flying in formation or were tethered together. As they moved out of sight, [witness] saw the orbs merge together into one orb, or were so close together that [witness] could only see one orb. [Witness] and [companion] captured a video of the orbs beginning at the point when they were above the trees and moving away from their backyard. The video is contained as an attachment to this interview document. A few weeks later, [witness] stated that [they] saw several white orbs travel over [their] house from the west to the east. These white orbs were traveling much higher in altitude than the prior red orbs. [Witness] described them as appearing the size of a dime held at arm's length.
