[Witness] is currently employed by and works primarily in [a facility, redacted]. [Witness] spoke to a presentation and videos that were previously provided to the FBI. [Witness] has spoken with fellow and former employees about the sightings observed from [their] property in [location, redacted]. [Witness] stated that [their] first UAP sighting was on [date, redacted] -- [a light] [PAGE 2] outside of [the] back window. Initially, [witness] believed someone was in [their] yard with a flashlight bobbing around. When [witness] went outside, [they] observed a singular light that eventually split into two or three lights. This formed a triangular pattern with a light in the center and remained for approximately ten minutes. [Witness] got [someone else] to see what [they were] seeing as well. [Witness], while filming on [a] smartphone, accidentally took a flash photo and the lights immediately disappeared. Speaking to a sighting on 03/[date] 2022, [witness] played a video that was previously provided to the FBI and explained that the location of this sighting was not in the same location. [Witness] stated that the UAP sightings that [they observe] are typically at dusk or at night and the light observed appears to morph and move laterally. [Witness] first reached out to [a contact], formerly of [an organization], through LinkedIn to speak about what [witness] had observed from [their] home. In conversations with [this contact], [witness] was told that what [witness] was observing was legitimate and that "people have been hurt by these things" [account continues, describing a vehicle incident] and [a] passenger. After about two minutes the light went away and the vehicle's electronics turned back on. [Witness] has lived at [their] current property since 2021 but previously lived about five miles from [their] current home. [Witness] stated that [they have] seen hundreds of these lights from [their] property and has numerous videos and photos that [witness] was willing to share. [Witness] also stated that others who have visited [their] property have seen these lights as well. [Witness] stated that [they have] seen more activity since September. The sightings have not always been as long as [the] initial sighting in 2021. There have been shorter bursts and it is common to have corrupted video when trying to record these sightings. [PAGE 3] Title: Interview of [witness, redacted] Re: 10/2024 [Witness] explained how [they] used ADS-B data to try to disprove what [they were] seeing as aircraft flying overhead. [Witness] explained that [they] cross-referenced date and time stamps with ADS-B records to determine which sightings may be aircraft. [Witness] would then determine the azimuth of the lights and check the ADS-B data. [Witness] acknowledged throughout the interview that [they had] never had an interest in UAPs and that a lot of what [they] said may seem weird or crazy.
